A few clear terms for browsing, getting in touch, and finding your next card.

Using the website
LukyTCG is a trading-card business based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. These terms describe use of lukytcg.com and purchases arranged directly with us. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy and Store Policy. You must have the legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement, or involve a parent or guardian who does.
Listings, prices and orders
Product photographs and descriptions help you evaluate a card. The current catalog contains saved listing snapshots, rather than live stock. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. A listing, inquiry or collection-form submission does not reserve a card or create a completed purchase. Before paying for a direct purchase, confirm the item, its condition, availability, total price, applicable taxes, shipping charges and delivery arrangements with us.
Payment and delivery
Online checkout is not open yet. Payment methods displayed for future checkout are not an active payment service; the methods actually available will be shown when checkout launches. We ship worldwide, normally preparing orders for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Rates vary by destination and service. Local pickup is not available. Final-sale purchases
Sales are final: we do not offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, does not match its description or has not arrived, contact us with the order details. Our Return & Exchange Policy explains how to report a problem. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. For marketplace purchases, the marketplace’s applicable buyer-protection rules also continue to apply.
Purchases through other channels
An eBay purchase is governed by that listing, the order terms and applicable eBay policies. Use the original order or marketplace support process for an issue with that transaction. This website does not replace marketplace protections or your payment provider’s dispute rights.
Responsible use and content
Use accurate contact details and share only information, photographs and files you have permission to provide. Do not send harmful files, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website. LukyTCG branding and website material belong to their respective owners or licensors. Trading-card artwork, game names and third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners; their appearance does not imply a publisher affiliation.
Updates, questions and applicable law
We may correct errors or update website content and these terms. The update date appears above. Changes do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
