Who this policy covers
This policy describes information handled through lukytcg.com and communications with LukyTCG. The owner is the contact responsible for privacy questions. Write to lukytcg@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. This site currently has no customer accounts and does not collect online card-payment details.
Why we use information
We use inquiry information to reply, assess a collection, discuss an offer, arrange an agreed transaction, provide order support, prevent abuse and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in a mailing list. We do not sell the personal information submitted through this website. We will seek any consent required for a new purpose.
Email, hosting and service providers
The website and inquiry delivery use Cloudflare. Submitted inquiries and attachments are sent to our Gmail inbox through Cloudflare’s email service. The website does not create a separate public upload folder or application database of your submissions; copies remain in email systems and may be kept with transaction records. Hosting, security and email providers process information to provide their services. Their infrastructure may process information outside your province or Canada, where other laws may apply.
Website measurements and technical information
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and provides traffic and performance measurements. Requests may involve technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and security events. Cloudflare’s Web Analytics service is designed to measure visits and performance without advertising cookies. Our storefront code does not set advertising cookies, embed social-media feeds or run advertising pixels. Service providers may use essential security technologies. Public reviews and external links
The reviews pages display selected public excerpts, usernames and a saved index of feedback, linked to the original eBay or Instagram sources. These are not private customer messages. Contact us about an error or personal-information concern in a displayed record. Clicking eBay, Instagram, Facebook or another external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. A purchase made through another service is also handled under that service’s policies.
Retention and safeguards
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose collected, relevant transaction or dispute records, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted access to our inbox and secure website connections. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you accidentally send information you did not intend to share, contact us.
Your choices, access and corrections
You can choose not to use the form and contact us by email instead. You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent where applicable by writing to lukytcg@gmail.com. We may need proportionate verification of a request and may retain information when legally required or needed for an unresolved transaction or dispute. We respond within applicable legal timeframes. Privacy concerns can also be raised with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change, including before activating new checkout or tracking features. The date above identifies the current version. Please contact us if anything here needs clarification.
